KYK Scholarship/Loan Applications Have Begun
Scholarship/loan applications for the 2025-2026 academic year have begun.
The General Directorate of Scholarships and Dormitories, which provides financial support to young people throughout their university education, has started accepting scholarship/loan applications.
The deadline for applications is October 17.
Applications began on Monday, October 13, and will end at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 17. Students can update their application information until the last day.
Who can apply?
Students enrolling in a higher education program for the first time in the 2025-2026 academic year, students continuing their education in intermediate classes, and Turkish citizens studying abroad can apply for scholarships/loans.
Important points to note when applying
As aiplications will be accepted via e-Government, students who do not have an e-Government password must obtain one or have one of the e-Government login methods.
The educational information of students who wish to apply is transferred to e-Government via the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS). Therefore, it is important for students to check their educational information on e-Government during the application process to avoid any problems. Students whose educational information is incorrect must contact the university's student affairs office and request that their educational information be corrected via YÖKSİS.
Applications from students who apply with incorrect or incomplete educational information will be deemed invalid, and these students will not be eligible for scholarships/loans.
Evaluation of applications
Scholarship/loan applications are evaluated based on the students' economic, social, and academic performance.
The accuracy of the information declared by students on the application form is verified through various public institutions and organizations. At the end of the evaluation, scholarships or student loans are granted to students whose status complies with the regulations.
